Half a billion reasons to say thank you
$10 million in a single week
Recently, organizations running on StoreConnect processed more than USD 10 million in order value in a single week. It’s the first time weekly gross merchandise value (GMV) on our platform has passed $10 million, and it puts StoreConnect on an annualized run rate of more than half a billion dollars.1
We didn’t take a single one of those orders. Every dollar was a shopper buying a sofa, a student enrolling in a class, a donor funding a school backpack or a plumber restocking a van. Each of those journeys runs on a store our customers built, usually alongside an implementation partner who knows their business inside out.
So this isn’t a victory lap. It’s a thank you to the customers who trusted us with their revenue and the partners who made each launch happen.
Amart: a national retailer, now trading from one platform
The milestone arrived alongside one of the most significant go-lives in our history. Amart Furniture now runs its website and 900 point of sale terminals across 63 Australian stores on StoreConnect, inside the Salesforce platform Amart already uses. The stores started trading on the new point of sale in April 2026, and the website followed in October.2
Furniture shoppers rarely buy in one place. They browse on a phone at night and test a sofa in store on the weekend. At Amart, one cart now follows them, and every sale lands in the same Salesforce org through StoreConnect’s built-in sync.2
The new site scores 99 for performance and 100 for SEO in Google Lighthouse audits, up from 73 and 54. Accessibility rose from 75 to 100.2
Amart’s GM - Customer, Taylor Murray, summed up the work honestly: replatforming a national retail website “is never just a tech project. It’s a giant business transformation.”3 That transformation belongs to Amart’s internal eCommerce and IT teams, and to our implementation partner SLEEQ, led by Jacob Taljaard. Thank you for the long nights, the careful migration and the trust. As Taylor put it, “Go-live isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point.”2
To our customers, thank you for betting your revenue on us
Choosing a commerce platform means trusting it with the money that keeps your doors open. Every one of the customers below made that call, and many of them told their story publicly so others could learn from it.
Retailers and wholesalers. BPM Group replaced dozens of websites with one platform and now manages 22 live StoreConnect sites in about an hour a day.4 The Wine Community cut time spent on eCommerce tasks by more than 80% and launched subscriptions and event ticketing.5 Pro-Ma Systems brought multiple brands, stores and currencies onto one platform without giving up the personal phone service its customers love.6 Beyond Plumbing Supplies went 100% online from day one and grew 300% from its startup launch.7
Manufacturers. BCI Wheels turned a catalog-only website into a 24/7 store, so weekends now produce orders instead of silence.8 Stoddart ended double entry with one product record that powers its direct-to-consumer and B2B stores.9 Repanels gave customers a self-service ordering portal for more than 7,000 highly configurable SKUs.10
Education. Rock Valley College virtually eliminated the thousands of duplicate student records its old enrollment system created each year.11 Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood New Zealand brought membership pricing and restricted product access into the Salesforce org it already ran.12
Nonprofits and purpose-led organizations. CARE Australia ended duplicate donor records for its CareGIFTS program and saved 10 hours a month on data cleanup.13 VisionTrust International launched online donations and child sponsorships inside the Salesforce org that runs its whole organization.14 Sustainable Salons launched combined cash and rewards stores in Australia and New Zealand and cut product setup and reporting time by 20% to 30%.15
To each of you, and to every customer whose story we haven’t told yet: thank you. Your feedback shapes our roadmap, your launches test our limits and your growth is the only number on that dashboard that matters.
To our implementation partners, thank you for doing the hard part
We build the product. Our partners turn it into a working business. They map the catalogs, migrate the data, rebuild the integrations and sit with customers through go-live weekend.
Thank you to SLEEQ for leading Amart’s replatform across both the stores and the website.2 Thank you to Servio Consulting, who introduced Rock Valley College to StoreConnect and helped unify its enrollment experience.11 Thank you to GravityLab, who helped Te Rito Maioha evaluate every option and choose a platform that built on its existing Salesforce investment.12
Thank you to Jo Swadling and the team at Swan Technology Solutions for guiding The Wine Community to one source of truth.5 Thank you to Bill Fetter at Unfettered Marketing for delivering Repanels’ configurable ordering portal.10 And thank you to Michael Diamond and Arcturious for moving Sustainable Salons off an end-of-life rewards platform under real time pressure.15
Our thanks also go to the wider Salesforce partner community. Beyond Plumbing Supplies found us through a referral from their Salesforce partner Bricoleur Technologies.7 Some customers, like CARE Australia, chose to self-implement with help from our support team and the StoreConnect Academy.13 However a customer gets to go-live, the ecosystem around them is what makes it stick.
The next half billion
A milestone like this is a snapshot, not a finish line. Behind it are teams that no longer re-key orders, reconcile two sets of numbers or wait on another integration before trying a new idea. That’s the outcome we’ll keep building toward, one customer and one partner at a time.
If your website, stores and Salesforce still run as separate systems, we’d love to show you what our customers already have.
Book a demo to see a unified cart, store and online sales in one place, built on the Salesforce data you already have.
